Longtail Communications Pty Ltd was formed in August 2007, as a 50/50 joint venture between leading digital expert, Carlo Bertozzi, and The Brand Agency. Longtail has always operated as an independent, stand-alone business with its own management team.

We identified a gap in the market for a full service digital agency that was as comfortable with strategic marketing principles as it was with the rapidly evolving digital space.

Our approach blends deep understanding of the online consumer with infinite technical possibilities, to make meaningful connections between brands and their customers. We partner with businesses to help them create a superior position in the marketplace, and hold ourselves directly accountable for delivering tangible results.

We have established a group of like-minded, passionate marketing specialists that each has significant experience in the digital space, from both the client and agency side, and we continue to invest in the most talented and experienced people and provide them with the resources to best help your business.

The team has grown from 3 to 18 in the space of just over 2 years, and we are still recruiting. The ongoing challenge is to find new people who share our passion for digital, but we are fortunate that we continue to attract some of the best talent available.

Ensuring we offer a streamlined interface for our clients through the accounts service team, the senior management team oversees all key disciplines to ensure we provide the best in class digital service. Each of our five team leaders has at least eight years digital experience, with most having more than ten.

We can align with your business in as many or as few disciplines as required. Covering strategy, creative, technology and media planning, we pride ourselves on offering complete end to end digital solutions.
